Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy Scope

This refund policy applies to all digital products and services purchased through the AI Combo platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").

1.1 Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital goods and subscription services (No refunds are provided as tokens are consumed in real-time)

1.2 Refundable Cases

Refunds will only be considered under the following special circumstances:

  • Service failure due to technical issues on the platform
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Significant discrepancy between service and description

2. Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Items or services purchased during special promotions
  • Customized services or value-added services already provided
  • Violation of the Platform's Terms of Service
  • Service issues caused by user's device, network environment, or other non-platform reasons
  • Refund requests submitted after the specified deadline

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Apply

Please send an email to support@aicombo.org with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:

  • Order number/Transaction ID
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documents (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

3.2 Processing Time

We will review your request within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-10 business days (depending on the card issuer)
  • Other payment methods: 5-15 business days

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle and will not auto-renew.

4.2 Refund for Cancellation

If eligible for a refund upon cancellation, the following will apply:

  • Refund amount calculated based on unused days
  • Deduction for any used value-added services (if applicable)
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may file an appeal within 7 business days of receiving the decision. We will assign a specialist to review your case.

If no agreement can be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the court where the Platform is located.

6. Special Notes

  • Refund amount is based on the actual payment amount, excluding any discounts, coupons, or points used
  • In case of system failure or force majeure events, our priority is service recovery rather than compensation
  • AI Combo reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. The updated policy will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. We recommend checking this page regularly for any changes.
